The Alcoy Campus of the Polytechnic University of Valencia helps its students find accommodation that meets their expectations and needs, free of charge. To this end, it maintains a database that serves as a meeting point between students and individuals offering rooms in shared apartments, homestays, or apartments for rent.
The Alcoy Campus of the Polytechnic University of Valencia is not responsible to either party for the accommodation conditions, the tenants' behavior, or the timely payment of rent. Its service is simply intended to facilitate the search for accommodation for students. Its role is merely that of an intermediary between students and landlords.
Both the agreement on accommodation conditions and the rental contract will be stipulated directly between both parties. Under no circumstances will the Alcoy Campus of the Polytechnic University of Valencia accept claims related to these matters.
